Wireless Site Survey Services - For Verification

Wireless-Nets offers wireless site surveys to organizations for verifying wireless networks. These services include the following:

Signal Coverage Testing

• Generation of heat maps of the existing wireless network using AirMagnet Survey Pro.

Performance Testing

• Active performance-based testing of the existing wireless network using AirMagnet Survey in iperf mode.

RF Interference Analysis

• Identification and testing of RF interference sources, such as microwave ovens, that may impact the operation and configuration of the wireless network.

Survey Report

• Our survey reports for verification purposes include a summary of user / technical requirements, heat maps indicating signal coverage corresponding to target user devices (with holes in coverage clearly depicted), performance data, identification / explanation of potential sources of RF interference (with screenshots of applicable spectrum activity), and an assessment of whether the existing wireless network satisfies requirements.
